The “Problems of Energy and Sources Saving” must be written at the request of IMRAD.

  1. The topic of the scientific article presented by the authors must correspond to the sections of the magazine “Problems of Energy and Sources Saving”.
  2. Since the articles are mainly on IMRAD request include the following sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion, each section is the basis for the scientific article.
  3. Authors’ submitted articles are checked by anti-plagiarism platforms. (https://antiplag.uz/, https://www.antiplagiat.ru/, etc.). When checking for anti-plagiarism, the uniqueness of the article should show at least 75-90%.
  4. The text of the article should be typed in Times New Roman font, kegel 10, 1.0 line spacing. On all (right, left, top and bottom) pages of the text of the article a distance of 2 cm (margins) should be left. The total length of the article should not exceed 10-15 pages, and the minimum size should not be less than 6-8 pages (except for the title of the article, information about the author, abstract, and keywords) and the number of used references should not be less than 10-15 sources.
  5. Names of tables, drawings or pictures should be written in their lower part and their source should be clearly indicated. The provision of tables, drawings and pictures in the article serves as a resource that increases the quality of the article.
  6. Articles can be submitted in Uzbek, Russian or English.

Each scientific article is accepted for publication after internal and external reviewing by experienced specialists and members of the editorial board. The authors are given 2 weeks to correct the identified errors and shortcomings. After the lapse of the provided 2 weeks in case of absence of the repeated submission of the corrected article to the editorial board the article consideration process is stopped.

The publication of scientific articles is free of charge.

The list of the used literature (References), where it is recommended to use scientific sources published for the last 5 years.

RULES OF FORMING THE LIST OF USED REFERENCE

The editors recommend that the authors, when preparing the list of references, take into account the citation policy adopted in the journal. The correct description of the sources used (References) not only demonstrates the quality of the research, but also guarantees that the cited publication will be taken into account when assessing the scientific activity of its authors. International indexing databases convert all submitted links according to a single structure. In this regard, this block of a scientific article is subject to strict requirements for unification and standardization.

(THE SCHEME OF WORK OF THE EDITORIAL BOARD WITH AUTHORS)

                                               

DEADLINES FOR AUTHORS TO REVISE THE MANUSCRIPT VERSION OF THE ARTICLE:

  • authors must make revisions to the manuscript version of the article in response to objections and suggestions given by the reviewer and/or the scientific editorial board within a maximum period of 2 weeks;
  • should this period not suffice, authors are required to inform the editorial board of this situation. Nonetheless, the total time granted for making revisions to the article should not exceed 4 weeks;
  • the total time allotted for preparing the manuscript should not exceed 12 weeks.

The manuscript will be removed from the review process under the following circumstances:

  1. if no response is provided by the authors within 2 weeks following the recommendations from the reviewer or editor;
  2. if the revised manuscript is not resubmitted within 4 weeks;
  3. if the total time given for preparing the manuscript exceeds 12 weeks, the authors will be notified via email that the review process for the manuscript will be discontinued.
