Increasing the efficiency of using solar energy in en-ergy supply of pumping stations
Abstract
Relevance: full use of variable energy of photovoltaic installation (PVI) remains an urgent problem, therefore, in order to increase the efficiency of solar energy use at pumping stations, it is necessary to study the problems of regulating the power of the pumping device by adjusting to the changing power of the PVI during the day for maximum use of solar energy. Purpose: to achieve the results of the parameters of the photovoltaic pumping device in the irrigation system, so that when using the proposed method of pump regulation, the level of efficiency of solar energy use at the pumping device increases and reaches 80...90%. Methods: a diagram of a solar energy source is used, which is used in the power supply of pumping devices. A method is used to calculate the parameters of regulating the pump operating mode by changing the shaft rotation frequency, taking into account the corresponding changes in the power and the amount of energy generated by the variable mode of the photovoltaic device. Results: when using the method of changing the pump speed to collect 9000 m3 of water, 314.5 kWh of electricity is required, obtained by regulating and increasing the pump power to NPV, and when generating this energy, the maximum power of the PMT is 70 kW (81%).
