Improving the effectiveness of teaching energy disciplines using interactive methods

Abstract

Relevance: today, it is of particular importance to increase the share of the potential of our country's intellectual resources by improving organizational and pedagogical mechanisms based on an innovative approach in the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions. At the same time, special attention is paid to the expansion of modern knowledge of specialists in the global education system through the use of modern pedagogical technologies and the widespread introduction of innovative techniques. The widespread use of distance learning in the educational process, the continuity and practical orientation of higher education in the electronic information and educational environment (e-learning), the development of creative abilities and skills in the field of education, the use of new methods and technologies of innovative development in the formation of a system of professional competence development is one of the topical issues.


Aim: improving theoretical approaches, methodological support and principles of application of the interactive methodological base in the preparation of highly qualified bachelors in the field of energy and increasing their competitiveness as specialists in the future.                                                                           


Methods:  dialectical theory of cognition in solving research problems; general dialectical principles of subject and object, process and result, special and general interdependence; unity of continuity and consistency (traditions and innovations); interpretation of integrity (concrete) as a unit of diversity; the study of literature on pedagogical, psychological, and methodological disciplines; theoretical analysis; pedagogical observation; questionnaires; modeling, diagnostics; pedagogical experiment-testing by methods of mathematical and statistical analysis.


Results: the educational and methodological support for the development of innovative activities in education has been developed, and the innovative tactics of Spiral (regressus, progressus) learning and interactive methods “Apospasmatics” and “Feedback” have been used in the learning process.
